Summary
Cover art for the September 1998 issue Tome of the Bizarre Volume 3 #126, drawn by Adam Rebottaro for The Letters Page Episode 244. This 1998 issue had its trade dress altered to look like a much older book (because of the time travel story involved). Even the distressed appearance is part of the art. Note oddities like the price being 199¢ and the throw-back Sentinel Comics logo (which Adam intentionally got wrong for the era this comic is styled for to show that making something look like it belongs in an older era is hard to get right).
